What happened to Tina Shermans photos?

This is getting insane! I mean what is wrong with people?

What was it...maybe 2 weeks ago? The Adrienne Bailon fiasco, with the nude pictures stolen from her laptop at the airport? And last summer, the girl from the High School Musical series with her nude pictures all over the internet. I mean this is getting nuts!

Well if you haven't heard the story yet on the Tina Sherman pics, here's what happened. Apparently Tina Sherman had sent some pictures of herself, in various stages of undress, to her husbands cell phone. Well he forgot and left his cell phone sitting on the table at McDonald's...oops.

After a frantic search for the phone they called McDonald's, and they were told that an employee had found the phone, and they would hold it for them. Well it looks like one of the employees took it upon themselves to look through the phone and lo and behold, pictures of Tina in different poses, without her clothes!

The next thing you know, the pictures, along with Tina's name, address, and phone number, were flying around the internet! Suddenly Tina Sherman became an overnight internet celebrity! Tina began receiving messages and phone calls about the pictures.

Now the Sherman's have filed a lawsuit against McDonald's to the tune of 3 million dollars for emotional distress and hardship! Yikes! The strange thing about all this is that the pictures are no where to be found.

The phone was left at the McDonald's in Fayetteville on July 5th, 2008. And although the pictures were quickly zooming around the internet, they are now unable to be seen anywhere as far as I can tell. You can find plenty of web pages with the story telling what happened. But the pictures themselves have vanished.

I'm not sure exactly how this was accomplished, but that appears to be the case. I like to consider myself able to track down just about anything under the sun online. But these pictures are no where to be found. So how did it happen? I mean there have been plenty of celebrity pics "leaked" over the years, and you would think that a celebrity has quite a bit of resources available, along with the money needed, to track down and remove pictures of themselves that they don't want floating around online.

But you can usually find the celebrity pictures with out to much trouble in most cases. My theory is this. When celebrity photos like this are released, it tends to generate a fair amount of buzz. And regardless of how "outraged" and upset the celebrities claim to be, the end result is gobs of publicity.

Now everyone knows that most celebrities are always looking for ways to get their name out there in the public eye. And nothing generates more buzz than scandals and gossip about celebrities. So for all their moaning and groaning about how aghast they are at nude photos of themselves bouncing around the net, I believe that most of them are quietly smiling as their name and photos become the subject of the morning water cooler talk around the globe.

In the case of the Tina Sherman, a relative unknown until recently, the idea of publicity is probably the last thing on her mind. The Sherman's are claiming that part of the 3 million dollar lawsuit is so that they can afford to move out of their current house, as the shame and embarrassment is just to much to endure.

I don't know what to think anymore, it seems like everyday more and more people are getting nudie photos of themselves posted around on the net. You would think that people would be a little bit more careful with stuff like this...but evidently that isn't the case.

Oh well...if you are looking for nude photos like that there are about a gazillion places to find them. And I'm not talking about your run of the mill porn sites. Even places like Amazon.com offer a wide variety of books in that genre. They have books like the complete collection of Playboy centerfolds, to Total Exposure - the guide to celebrity nudes scenes in movies, and tons more. The links below will take you to the above mentioned books as well as many many others.

Well all I can say is if you are planning on having some naked pictures taken of yourself for your significant other or whomever, keep a close watch on them, or you may be the next "buzz" on the internet. So be careful!
